Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! We warranty our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years and will help you maintain them for years to come.
Wood products sometimes have natural defects in them, and will wear in outdoor weather conditions and during use, especially if not cared for properly. We want you to be satisfied. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Undamaged returned products with the first 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
