Hi, we're Bill and Mary from Hudson Crafters. As parents, makers, educators, and lifelong learners, we're passionate about preserving our history and sharing our hands-on skills.

It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to live. Our journey is about reconnecting with our roots through building, farming, and sharing our history. In our technology-focused world, many life skills are being lost. As electrical engineers, we value technology but also believe in the importance of a strong work ethic, traditional values, and essential skills.

It's easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Remember, you don't need the latest and greatest equipment to begin your journey. The most important thing is to take the first step and follow your passions.

Both of us grew up around family farms, but we chose to pursue off-the-farm careers.  We are grateful for all of the skills passed to us, and see the challenges for those without them.  Through this journey, we are celebrating the value of hands-on skills and the importance of family and community. Join us as we build a life we love, celebrating family, learning, doing and fostering stronger connections.
